Yoga is a limitless practice that works holistically to strengthen awareness through movement, breathwork and mindfulness meditation. I specialise in Hatha yoga, and classes work to bring our body and mind into balance as well as strengthen joints and muscles, increase flexibility and mobility and promote relaxation through activating the parasympathetic nervous system. Classes are inclusive spaces which include movement flows, relaxation and connection with the self.
