This 8 week journey will guide and support you in deepening your connection with yourself through movement, breathing techniques, mindfulness meditation, affirmations and writing exercises. The course is carefully structured with a different theme for each week, encouraging you to uncover and live your truth. At less than £5 per session with a number of complimentary tools, this is a highly affordable course suitable for all abilities.
The course includes:
8 one hour yoga sessions
8 15 minute guided meditation audio downloads
A customised playlist each week to listen to during yoga sessions and in your own time
Journaling prompts, exercises and pledges to support you to deepen your awareness between sessions
