Yoga gives us the space to disconnect from our thoughts and connect with our bodies through movement and breath. Hatha is an ancient style of yoga which uses movement, breath and mindfulness together to build strength, flexibility and resilience. Benefits include: increased confidence and emotional wellbeing due to being present in the body, releasing ‘feel-good’ endorphins through the joy of movement, becoming energised through creative movement flows, releasing stress and anxiety, lowering cortisol levels, and calming the nervous system with relaxation poses and breathing exercises.

This private session allows time for a deeper exploration of each pose and its alignment. It includes a personalised set of poses and exercises, with verbal adjustments. Think of it as a workshop rather than a lesson, where you will learn the tools and techniques to practice with correct alignment and understanding of the benefits of each posture.
